CANCELLATION\NO SHOW POLICY

2 Days notice is required to reschedule your appointment. Less than a 2-day notice is considered a last-minute cancellation, which is also referred to as a "no show."

Same-day cancellation will be considered a "no show."

1 reschedule is allowed with at least a 2-day notice per occurrence.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment to complete the necessary documentation. Being 15 minutes late to an appointment will be considered a no-show.

No-shows will be charged a $100 flat rate.

PREVIOUS WORK POLICY

If you show up to an appointment with previous work on your lips without approval, a flat rate of $100 will be applied (as my time is valuable).
NO SHOW CLIENTS

If your appointment is marked as a no-show, you will be charged $100 “no-show fee” per service booked.

We have the right to refuse a client/patient in service if the procedure is not the right candidate, especially if you managed to make at least one “no show”
